Cole enjoys forming new relationships with the FCA families, players, and coaches each year, and coaching players that have a passion for lacrosse as well as a strong spiritual interest. “FCA’s program truly resembles what it means to have fellowship with those who share a common goal. The morals and values that FCA emphasizes help players to develop a strong character. Playing and coaching for something bigger than yourself can lead to remarkable outcomes,” he said.

Cole has coached modified wresting in Byron Bergen, Pee Wee wrestling in Rush Henrietta and has served as Head Coach for Avon Modified Lacrosse. He was as an FCA huddle leader the past two years and began coaching FCA last summer with the 2023 Orange team. Currently, he is a substitute teacher in Rush Henrietta and Avon Central School Districts.

He is currently the head varsity lacrosse coach at Greece.
