Ruby DePalma is a young lacrosse coach with a strong background in the sport. As a dedicated player, Ruby served as a two-year varsity captain and starter at Spencerport, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills on and off the field. In recognition of her outstanding performance, she was selected to participate in the prestigious Rochester US Lacrosse Senior All-Star Game in 2022, representing the attack position.

Ruby's talent and dedication earned her a spot on the All-League Second Team Attack in Monroe County in 2021. Throughout her high school career, she accumulated an impressive record, contributing 65 points, 28 ground balls, 16 tackles, and 12 draw controls.

In addition to lacrosse, Ruby also excelled in varsity and club soccer, showcasing her versatility as an athlete. Her exceptional skills and work ethic led her to play for Seton Hill University, where she made an immediate impact as a freshman. In her first season, she recorded six goals, 16 assists, 12 ground balls, and six caused turnovers, demonstrating her abilities as an attack/midfield player.

Ruby brings her extensive playing experience and passion for the game to her coaching career. She is committed to helping athletes reach their full potential and is excited to share her knowledge and expertise with the FCA team.
