Coach Emily joined FCA in 2018, and has been an amazing addition to the coaching staff. She had a very successful lacrosse career since starting the sport in 7th grade. Emily attended Webster Thomas High School where she played varsity lacrosse for 4 years as a midfielder. After her high school graduation Emily continued her career at Roberts Wesleyan College. Tomei was named to the  Division II All-American Team in 2021. During her college career she scored 159 goals, had 41 assists, and 207 draw controls. 

After graduating from high school Emily got involved with coaching youth lacrosse with FCA. Emily had a heart to give back to the sport, and saw the opportunity to give back while continuing to be a part of the growing game of lacrosse. 

Emily has enjoyed coaching with FCA over the past few years. “I love the culture that FCA has. They put the individual first and work to shape these girls into great people and lacrosse players. I am so lucky to be a part of a program that combines values of family, faith, and lacrosse”. Coach Emily is a teacher in the Spencerport district.
