Coach Clements is an experienced coach with a passion for lacrosse and a deep commitment to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). Clements has dedicated his time and expertise to coaching and volunteering at all levels and ages within the lacrosse program. His involvement with FCA goes beyond the field, as he actively participates in Coaches Bible studies and player huddles.

What draws Robert to FCA is its Christ-centered and character-building environment, where serving others is paramount. He values the program's exceptional recruiting platform, which has a proven track record of success. Throughout his time at FCA, Robert has had the privilege of working alongside a talented group of coaches, continuously learning and growing as a mentor.

Each year, Robert eagerly anticipates the opportunity to foster meaningful relationships with his players and guide them in their personal growth as young men, both on and off the field. FCA provides a platform for him to help individuals advance their game, unlock their full potential, develop strong character, and navigate the challenges they face in today's world.

Outside of his coaching role, Robert serves as an Engineering Manager at Harris Corp., Rochester. He resides in Victor, NY, with his wife Donna, and they have been blessed with two children, Anna and Matt. Apart from lacrosse, Robert finds joy in hunting, fishing, and motocross, embracing the great outdoors and pursuing his passions.

With his wealth of experience, unwavering dedication to FCA, and genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of his players, Robert Clements is a coach who goes above and beyond to create an environment of growth, character, and achievement.
